Elaine Rice is a project manager with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.     Project Manager. Subcontracted for the exclusive purpose of ensuring that CSU, Sonoma State meet its mandatory live date in the PeopleSoft Financials implementation. Facilitated business process workshops and documented the results for the integration of periodic processing. Managed, coordinated, and provided all aspects of the unit and system testing process. Managed, coordinated, and provided all aspects of the end user training. Managed the conversion of legacy data, including the design, testing and execution of the conversions.

    Senior Manager. Responsible for the creation, development, implementation, and workshop delivery of the corporate Standard Project Management Methodology. Collaborated in the creation and development of the corporate Standard Implementation Methodology. Participated in an advisory capacity in the Quality Assurance development and deployment project. Participated in an advisory capacity in the Knowledge Management project.

  • PeopleSoft
    Project Manager. Managed the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials and HRMS/Payroll as part of PeopleSoft Select, catering to the middle market client. Responsible for managing project teams of up to six consultants. Utilized Rapid Implementation Methodology. Instrumental in setting standards for deliverables. Responsible for mentoring junior consultants and new project managers.

Responsible for the highly successful, on-time, within budget implementation of SmartStream Accounts Payable and Purchasing at a major mutual funds company in the northeast.     Advisory Consultant/Project Management. Involved in all phases of the management, implementation, and delivery of client/server FinancialStream system solutions, utilizing the company’s standard methodology.
